Winner Claims $20,000 + Coveted Orange Jacket

SEBRING, Fla. – Someone will win $20,000 plus the right to wear the prestigious Orange Jacket at the Citrus Golf Trail (CGT) Open on Nov. 30-Dec. 2, 2022 with registration now open.

“We are very excited to be returning to Sebring for the 2nd Annual Citrus Golf Trail Open which will feature the largest first place prize in Minor League Golf Tour (MLGT) history of $20,000,” said Scott Turner with MLGT. “We are anticipating a great field of very talented professional golfers!”

Sebring is known as the “Value Golf Capital of the World,” and its 2nd Annual CGT Open offers professional and amateur players with a USGA handicap of 6 or less a 3-day, 54-hole tournament with the Minor League Golf Tour at Sun ‘n Lake Golf Club starting the Wednesday after Thanksgiving.

The tournament will showcase the region’s rich golf tradition and history as the member courses look to the future while giving a nod to the past.
