Find meeting minutes from past TDC meetings archived below by Fiscal Years. This archive includes all regularly scheduled quarterly meetings as well as special meetings that have occurred from FY2019-20 to current. Being an advisory board to the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners, the TDC follows the County’s fiscal year schedule which operates from October 1 – September 30.
