SEBRING, Fla. – The inaugural Citrus Golf Trail Open has become a big event, partnering with the Minor League Golf Tour to create a unique professional event to wrap up the 2021 schedule and prepare the players for the 2022 season.

Set for Nov. 30-Dec. 2, the 54-hole event will feature $25,000 in added sponsor money to the prize purse for the event as the competitors will battle for the coveted orange jacket on the Deer Run course.

“The Minor League Golf Tour is proud to partner with Visit Sebring and Airstream Ventures on making the Citrus Golf Trail Open a big event in its first year,” said Scott Turner, Director of Tournament Operations for the Citrus Golf Trail.  “Our commitment is to provide our players are competitive platform to sharpen their game to excel in the career.  This event is on a PGA Tour qualifying school caliber course with a purse that will be make a big impact for the winner.”
