Join Arbuckle Creek Farms on January 13th, for a farm to table dinner highlighting locally grown products and the culinary talents of local Chef Jessica Pleger. Dine among their raised bed gardens, under the twinkling lights all while surrounded by the pure peace, of grazing cattle.
Guest Chef Jessica Pleger was born and raised in the Highlands County area. She is proud to carry on the Southern cooking style she was taught to love, by her Nana. Starting out as private chef for local families, she is now the owner of Pink Pineapple Catering Company where for the past 8 years she has created Menus of Southern Fare with a Modern Flair and carries on the tradition of sharing love through food in the Heartland.
Arbuckle Creek Farm’s dream with their farm to table dinners is to connect guests with their food, community and local history. With just 24 guests, this dinner will be an luxury intimate dining experience. Your ticket includes beer, wine and craft cocktails. Tickets are $120.00 per person.
The farm will open at 5:00 so, guests can enjoy mingling, a specialty cocktail and passed appetizers. Dinner will be served at 5:30.
