Want to join us for a super fun 5K night race in the Highlands Tri-County area?

Your entry fee buys one set of pajamas for Foster Care Children in the Central Florida area.  It’s a special event supporting kids in Foster Care and The Who I Am Foundation.  When a child enters foster care through Heartland For Children,  they are gifted a First Night Bag with essentials like toiletries, a cozy blanket, a cuddly stuffed animal, one of our Who I Am Foundation Scrapbook Kit, and thanks to runners and walkers like you, a new pair of pajamas!

Once you’re registered, we’ll make sure to grab a pair of Pajamas for a child. At the race, you’ll see all the pajamas we’ve collected, which we’ll then give to the Heartland For Children ECHO Foster Care Team.

On Race Day, starting at 6:30 pm, we’ll kick off the event at the Union Congregational Church Parking Lot on North Butler Avenue in Avon Park. The route loops around downtown Avon Park’s Mile Long Mall, with the streets closed just for the race. Come join us and support these fantastic kids!  There will be food trucks, music and a few fun things for kids to do so bring them along.

If you’re interested in volunteering or making a donation, swing by our website at www.whoiamfoundation.COM or shoot us an email at info@whoiamfoundation.com. See you at the starting line!
