The Liqui Moly Pro Watercross National Tour is kicking off its 2026 season and returning to Sebring for the sixth consecutive year April 24–26. Veterans Beach on Lake Jackson will once again host the second tour stop of the season for the nation’s oldest professional watercross (jet ski) racing events. The event will also receive national TV exposure, with a 30-minute post-event television show airing on CBS Sports Network.
More than 100 racers and their teams from 20 states and several countries, including Brazil, Canada, and the Cayman Islands, are expected to compete, bringing an international level of competition to Lake Jackson. Over the last 30 years Pro Watercross has evolved into the gold standard for jet ski racing, drawing top competitors from across the country and beyond. The two-day event features multiple racing divisions based on ski type, engine size, and rider skill level, offering fast-paced, high-energy competition for spectators of all ages.
“We are excited to welcome Pro Watercross back to Sebring with the largest number of racers to date,” said Visit Sebring Tourism Director Casey Hartt. “As a community with a strong racing heritage, hosting this event on Lake Jackson is a natural fit.”
Event organizers are also leaning into Sebring’s identity as a racing destination by bringing out stand up jet ski racing on machines that travel more than 70 MPH and runabout sit downs that will reach speeds over 85 MPH, which create intense racing excitement to the area’s freshwater lakes.
Starting on Friday afternoon, the public can watch the teams practice on the course in advance of the official racing that will take place all weekend. Each racer will get two races each day. The combined total from both days will determine who gets to stand on the podium and earn the three-layered national tour trophy. The racing pits will be open so attendees can meet the racers and see the race skis up close and personal. The best part of all of this is that the event is free for spectators who can watch from land or the water.
