- Sugar Sand Distillery, Florida’s Estate Grown Sugar Cane Farm Distillery, has a distilling operation and tasting room inside The 301, which allows for the offering of tastings, cocktails, and bottle sales.
- Sugar Sand Brewery is a nano brewery inside the 301, and currently offers domestic and some craft beers with more to come.
