Sun “N Lake Preserve Trail for Hiking and Biking
The Sun ‘N Lake Preserve is a 1,350 acre wildlife preserve located in Sebring, Florida. The site consists of a complex mosaic of natural communities including:
- South Florida Flatwoods
- Cutthroat Seep
- Freshwater Marsh
- Slough
- Cypress Swamp
- Swamp Hardwood
Because of the diversity of flora, this area hosts a large variety of wildlife including:
- Gray Squirrel
- Deer
- Raccoon
- River Otters
- Eastern Bluebird
- Barred Owl
- Great Blue Heron
- Red-shouldered Hawk
- Alligators
- Snakes
- Turtles
Along with countless species of amphibians and insects.
No Hunting, overnight camping, open fires or vehicular access is allowed.
No public facilities.

Directions:
From US 27 turn onto Sun ‘N Lake Blvd. Take Sun ‘N Lake Blvd. to end, (Balboa Avenue).
The parking lot to the Preserve is off to the right.
