This first-floor 100+ year old apartment is comfortable and calming. The kitchen has the basic amenities plus some extras. Full stove/oven, full size fridge, dishwasher, kitchen island, dining room table, basic small appliances and drip style coffee maker, coffee, sugar, coffee filters, and popcorn. The bathroom is stylish and has a shower/tub combo. Each of the 2 rooms have comfortable bedding, cool and calm colors, a wire rack closet, and ceiling fan. The living room has a nice sized mounted TV, a convertible sofa bed and convertible futon for sleeping.

This 1920’s apartment is located directly across from Lake Jackson, Highlands Lakeside Theatre where you can catch great live plays (check for show dates), the local library, park, fishing pier, and public playground. Even better is that the great sidewalks connect you to everything going on in the downtown area. Only .4 miles to Downtown Sebring where there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars with live music, shopping, festivals and so much more. About 10 minutes to the Sebring International Raceway. Under 2.5 miles to both Advent Health and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. An hour and a half to Disney, Universal, and the beach on either coast.

The apartment is located on Lakeview Drive in the downtown area so the road can be busy but it is quiet on the inside. Parking is available across the street in the public parking lot or along the side of the building on E Center Ave. Popular transportation options include walking, bikes, electric scooters, and ride services
