Overview

Education Garden Grand Opening at Archbold Biological Station

You are invited to the celebration of Archbold’s new Education Pollinator Garden!

This event includes a short presentation of the garden, a ceramic pot decorating activity, and a nature tour. Pots, paints, soil, and seeds are provided and you keep your painted pot!

Located in the landscaping next to the Learning Center, this garden focuses exclusively on native wildflowers from Highlands County. The garden was installed to function as an outdoor classroom, giving students a chance to observe local plants and pollinators, and learn about Archbold’s decades of pollinator research.

RSVP required due to limited supplies. All ages welcome.

Event is Free. Register HERE.
