Learn how to make your mom a custom hat from natural materials at a PalmArt playshop. On May 10, at Organically Local in Sebring, Shawn K Holiday, owner of PalmArt, will show how people can create their very own hat or for someone special in their lives. Using royal palm fronds, a number of unique and useful items can be fashioned with some basic instruction.
