Book Club: Leslie Kemp Poole’s “Saving Florida”

Join Archbold staff, volunteers, and fellow members of the Highlands County community for a discussion of Saving Florida: Women’s Fight for the Environment in the Twentieth Century by Leslie Kemp Poole. In this book, Poole highlights the women who shaped Florida’s conservation history, from well-known figures such as Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings to lesser-known advocates and influential women’s clubs.
