Book Club: Rebecca Renner’s “Gator Country”

Overview

Join Archbold staff, volunteers, and fellow members of the Highlands County community for a discussion of Gator Country: Deception, Danger, and Alligators in the Everglades by Rebecca Renner. This page-turning true story follows a wildlife officer’s undercover operation to stop alligator poaching in the Everglades. The event will feature a brief presentation followed by a guided conversation. To support a meaningful discussion, participants should read the book beforehand.
