Mexican Heritage Festival

Overview

A wonderful All-Mexican Allstar team has been assembled to develop and present this wonderful event for our community! You’ll experience authentic Mariachi Music and learn about its roots and deep meaning. You’ll get a history lesson in Our Lady of Guadalupe from Fr. Jose Gonzalez of St Catherine Church. You’ll get Mexican dance and costumes, folklore and educational elements from your host, Sebring’s Miguel Arceo. You’ll get Mexican drinks and snacks. This is the first in a planned series of Cultural Festivals that will be coming your way- each and every season. Think of it as a reverse vacation where the world comes for a visit- to Highlands County!
