Leisure Acres RV-MH Community

Leisure Acres community is family owned and operated. The family acquired the community in 1978. Since then, it has grown and developed through three separate phases, the last in 1992. Andy acts as chief executive while Todd, who is project manager, manages the community and oversees installation and building of new homes.

Heated Swimming Pool: At the front office, you can relax in the large swimming pool available to members. Every week there are exercise classes.

Billards Room: There are 2 billiard tables available anytime for members. You can bring your own cue or borrow the clubs! For more information call 863-385-8959.

Laundry Facility: There is a laundry facility on site. Coin washers and dryers plus outdoor clothes lines if your prefer. For more information call 863-385-8959.

Fitness Room: New to the leisure acres community – Totally stocked with equipment such as: treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, and medicine balls.

Chipping Green: There is a 150 yard chipping green located off of North Carolina Drive near the nature preserve. For more information call 863-385-8959.

Clubhouse: At the clubhouse you will find that this is where all the action is happening. Monday night programs, coffee hour, bingo, and exercise classes.

Picnic Area & Nature Preserve: There are a couple picnic tables to enjoy a quiet lunch out near the nature preserve as well as many species of birds and other wildlife to spot!

Free Wi-Fi: At the pool, members are entitled to receive FREE Wi-Fi! Just bring your laptop on up and we will help you get setup! Circle Wi-Fi is available.

RV & Boat Storage: For a minimal fee, you can rent a space to store your RV, trailers, or boats. It is a great way to free up space in the carport or garage!

Fish Cleaning Station: After a long day on the water, bring your catch to the fish cleaning station so that it is ready to fry up for supper!

Hobby Room: This is where all the arts and crafts classes are held, plus there is a side room specifically for quilting! Check it out!

Mail Room: There are two areas to collect your mail at Leisure Acres. For more information call 863-385-8959.

Library: Located in the clubhouse, there is a library with hundreds of books to check out and its FREE to the members!

Shuffle Board Courts: 11 Lighted shuffleboard courts are available at anytime plus there are numerous tournaments during the week! For more information call 863-385-8959.
